Property Management is often considered the poor cousin of real estate.  There is so much focus on, and money in, selling property.  Managing property is often lower revenue for real estate agents, so it doesn't get much attention or customer service.

I have been a tenant and experienced both good and not so good property management, and there is a notable difference!
