Maree Kirkpatrick on Selling with Ease

When I first met Maree Kirkpatrick, I could tell this was a person who was passionate about what she does.  She is passionate about helping businesses learn how to sell. 

This may seem like a strange thing to be passionate about, but what is behind this is helping a business make more money through sales, and making sure that the customer is getting something of value that will solve a problem they are currently experiencing.

Simple!

By way of a very brief summary (Maree share a lot of value in this conversation), here are some of the key things Maree went through:

  1. Know who your customer is, really have that clear so you can talk directly to them in your messaging.
  2. Understand where your customer is now and how you are going to get them to a place where you solve their problem.
  3. Have a Sales Process that clearly sets out the journey you will take your customer on, from first contact to a potential sale and beyond.
  4. Weave your Customer avatar and sales process through your website.  Making your site look pretty isn't going to get you more sales!
